Construction Notes:
My first costume of 2012, based upon images of Eternal Neptune from the manga and artbooks in which her colour scheme and mirror design are a bit different from those in the anime. Everyone in my group worked so hard to get our costumes coordinated and all senshi accounted for, and I'm so happy that everything got finished in time! More images and construction notes coming soon when I have time to sit and gather my thoughts. Was just too thrilled with this costume not to post a little "sneak peak!"
