Myself as Fire Nation Suki from Avatar: The Last Airbender. Photo taken by Amanda [Elemental] at Otakon 2009. Please see my previous Suki uploads for commentary on the construction woes of this costume. ^__^; Fire Nation seamstresses must have spidey senses highly attuned to red fabrics, because keeping track of all the reds used in Suki's costume was a veritable nightmare! At any rate, my primary "want" for this photoshoot was to get some action shots of Suki kicking butt, but since it's not a terribly mobile costume [just check out those sandals - WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, CHARACTER DESIGNERS?] we had to settle for battle poses. Suki's fighting style is so awkward for me, but I think I managed to look semi-fierce here!

Please no critiques/criticism. I'd like to keep this gallery happy! <3
