Construction Notes:This past Katsucon I had the pleasure of working with Elysia of Fenyx Design! While we were shooting I asked for detail shots showing some of the more minor details incorporated into Sally, such as the mottled colors of the yarn wig, the varying fabrics/textures and weathering on the dress, and the raised stitches on my face. Not only did she capture those details perfectly, but this image reminds me greatly of the scene where Sally throws herself out of her tower in order to bring a present to Jack. (And if you squint a little, you can even pretend that I'm missing an arm, just as she is at the time!) I still have a good bit of work to do on the unitard, which is obviously a bit too baggy and not as detailed as I'd like, so please ignore that particular aspect of the costume.
